AB&S Wholesale are one of the few meat wholesalers in the country to achieve a BRC Grade 'AA' certification across multiple sites. We’re very proud of this, as it highlights the consistently high level at which we operate in terms of butchery, service and sourcing.

We’ve invested heavily in our production facilities in order to ensure that every stage of our supply chain meets the high standards set by external auditing bodies like the FSA, Trading Standards, RPA, and Red Tractor.

We use three, fully EC licensed slaughterhouses and transfer stock directly from market to the nearest slaughtering facility in order to reduce animal stress and improve eating quality. Food safety is paramount at all times.
