All our lamb is sourced directly from local livestock markets and purchased by our own experienced stockmen, throughout the year. We can provide lamb in carcass or cut form, delivered within 24 hours of slaughter. The expert knowledge and experience of our buyers allows us to provide the right product at the right price all year round.
